Our process is designed to accommodate most shapes and sizes of materials. Parts are run through a conveyorized iron phosphate pre-treatment system to prep and clean the material. This process insures that all parts are free from debris, and the surface has been prepped for the best adhesion.

Unless all loose mill scale, rust, rust scale, old paint, or other foreign matter are removed, you are bound to have coating failure in a short time. Sandblasting removes debris and may improve the cosmetic appearance of the finished product. Blasting may be recommended in addition to our standard cleaning process to assure a quality finish. A Chemical Stripping process is also available to remove old paint or rust.

Once parts have been prepped they are powder coated in either our high tech electrostatic paint booth and then heated in our curing oven or they are coated and cured on our state of the art 5 stage conveyorized line. This will create a uniform, durable and attractive finish. As soon as parts have cooled to the touch they are ready to go. This process can be used with most metals including; Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum, Copper, and Brass to achieve a unique and customized finish.
